Meet Nurse Kelly

I am “Nurse Kelly” Kniss. RN by trade and health insurance broker by choice. I am located in Northwest Florida and I focus on Medicare. I offer other products as well and I am still active in my nursing practice. Once a nurse, always a nurse!  I am very familiar with navigating the healthcare system and have a great working relationship with local providers and other senior service coordinators in Pensacola and the surrounding areas.  My nursing experience ranges from case management, VA healthcare system, home health, hospice, and care coordination. This knowledge is a great asset to my clients. 

I am the wife of a retired Service member, and a mother to an amazing son and daughter. We moved to North West Florida in 2018 and LOVE it! We were so happy to lay down roots here in the emerald coast. You will often find us walking Navarre pier, at Flounders for Sunday brunch, dancing in the street at Gallery night, or in the stands at the speedway.

The basis of what I do is Medicare education!

  • My goal is to arm you with information and provide clarity.

  • I have a very laid-back but effective approach. I am not the type of agent that will constantly ring your phone or knock on your door.

  • I am the agent you call when you want in-person service. I am located in the panhandle of Florida and can travel to help you with Medicare.

  • I believe in building long lasting relationships. I want to be your go-to girl for all your insurance needs.

  • I am contracted with multiple insurance carriers so that I can offer a plan that fits your personal needs. My services are free of charge. My compensation comes directly from the insurance companies I represent.
